The location was amazing, close to numerous woodlands, and the beach-which is another plus point. The food was excellent, reasonably priced.

Courteous and welcoming staff with one waiter, spotless double room. Location - marvellous very close to the beautiful Dunwich beach and loads of lovely walks as well as RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath shirt. Again, 

Beautiful, stunning location so close to RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath shirt, a nature reserve and Dunwich. And a 4-6 minute walk from Dunwich Greyfriars. Very comfy bed in the standard queen room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and iron and

It had a quiet atmosphere and provided excellent service. The room was beautiful & outstanding, with comfortable bed. The breakfast was sensational and great for all tastes, reasonably priced. The location seemed super close to the sea.  

Possibly the best and very comfortable stay for dog walking holiday. Extremely spacious and compact unit with very comfy bed. Fab, brilliant location to the side rather than the garden.

We loved extremely spacious room with comfortable bed and welcoming staff. The breakfast was very good and outstanding with croissants and an extra Yorkshire pudding, and the outdoor bar was a plus.

It was a fantastic experience. Lovely hotel, breakfast was plentiful, cosy location right at the top “ woodlands ”. The room was lovely and individual and it faced street. The bed was soft; and there was a walk-in shower.  

Spotless, new-fashioned room with comfortable bed. Marvellous location in Dunwich very close to plenty of stunni g cliff top walks, the coastline, village and nature reserve and centre. Again, walking distance to Dunwich Museum.  

My stay was really comfortable for dog walking holiday. The food selection was excellent. Stayed in spacious and fashionable double room with comfortable beds. The staff was polite and accommodating, everything was perfect.

I recently stayed at The Ship in Dunwich for a mini break and it was perfect. The location is lovely, right by the beach and surrounded by footpaths for scenic walks. The bar staff were friendly and served great beer 

Loved the standard king room overlooking the garden. The breakfast offered plenty of fabulous meals. The location was incredible, not too far away from Dunwich. Moreover, it's just next door to the beach and the Dunwich Heath.  

We had a fantastic stay for dog walking holiday.

Its location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from Dunwich Greyfriars. And it was also not far from the restaurant, Southwold, and the sea. The hot drinks in outdoor bar where very welcome.

The bed here was incredibly comfortable and I really enjoyed it; the location was absolutely fantastic and unbeatable - you can easily walk to St. James' Church from this place.
